Sunday: Prep day

  • Chop veggies for the week
  • Make sweet potato/black bean mexican combo for lunches

Monday: steak, broccoli, pasta

Tuesday: pulled pork sandwiches, cole slaw, roasted potatoes

Wednesday: beef stroganoff, salad, homemade bread

Thursday: leftover pulled pork

Friday: leftover beef stroganoff
